Power Upgrade

At the core of the VelociRaptor 500 is Ford’s 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 EcoBoost engine. Hennessey increases its output through:

• A high-flow air induction system
• A larger front-mounted intercooler with upgraded blow-off valve
• Recalibrated engine management software

These upgrades lift performance to 500 horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque (up from the factory 418 hp and 440 lb-ft). The result is sharper throttle response and stronger acceleration while preserving the Bronco’s factory durability.

All figures are dyno-proven — measured on a specialized machine that records an engine’s absolute power and torque output.

Exterior & Interior Enhancements

Hennessey complements the power gains with distinctive styling and functional upgrades:

• 20-inch Hennessey alloy wheels paired with 35-inch off-road tires

Warranty, Production & Pricing

Each VelociRaptor 500 comes with a 3-year / 36,000-mile limited warranty, underscoring Hennessey’s focus on reliability and customer assurance.

The upgrade package is priced at $32,950, excluding the base cost of the Bronco Raptor. Builds are carried out at Hennessey’s Texas facility, and international shipping is available for customers worldwide.

Availability

The VelociRaptor 500 is in production, and customers can either send their Bronco Raptor to Hennessey for conversion or order a completed vehicle through select dealers. Each build undergoes full testing and quality checks before delivery.
